We promise, learning guarantee

In order to change the behaviour of your leaders and employees you must start with giving them the knowledge necessary to give them the attitude that will make them change their behaviour.

Since 2002, we have cooperated with Peopleway on measuring the effectiveness of many of our courses. We know what it takes to create learning and not just positive satisfaction measurements.

This is why we do not hesitate to promise learning guarantee to the participants of our courses.

If our level of learning is insufficient – we return part of the course attendance fee.

We are aware that some people may say that this does not prove that the participants of our courses will change behaviour. Right!

But it is a prerequisite!
